Young Democrat Ed Hermes, an official with the Arizona Dept. of Agriculture and former ASU student regent, has announced his candidacy for the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors. Ed will face off against long-time Republican incumbent, Fulton Brock, and speak about the issues that affect Maricopa County residents every day: clean air, efficient management of our water resources, transportation, and the need for sustainable growth. Ed is committed to bringing genuine representation to the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors and promoting policies that will guarantee a high standard of living for the people of Maricopa County. Support Ed Hermes on April 19 by walking with him and Congressman Harry Mitchell to help both candidates collect signatures and talk to voters!
